Exchange only on merchandise that has manufacturing defect. Notify FabHoops LLC. within 30 days from purchase via email info@fabhoops.com to commence with exchange. Please explain merchandise defect, and include date of purchase. You will receive email notification from FabHoops llc to mail merchandise, including with it all packaging and receipt to FabHoops LLC. at PO Box 44, New Rochelle N.Y, 10804.
You will be responsible for merchandise and shipping fees. Upon receipt FabHoops LLC. will exchange merchandise for any item of equal or lesser value and pay shipping charges to resend to you within 30 days.
CUSTOMER NOTIFICATION
FabHoops LLC. may notify you by email, a general notification on the site fabhoops.com, or by mailing to the address that has been provided by said customer.

Harassment of any kind on this site via obscene language, abusive chat, or impersonation of any FabHoops LLC. employee is strictly prohibited.
